As an administrator, all you need to do is send an email blast to parents containing a link that sets them up with a unique QR code connected to their children and account. Before they can use the QR code, the system performs a validation step for security.
A single QR code can represent multiple children. Parents select the child from their list to show who is being checked in or out.

To begin using this feature, all you need to do is open the application and start scanning. If a child is not enrolled at your facility, the system will provide a notification. Otherwise, it automatically records attendance for that child.
Scanning the QR code will record a date and time stamp for each interaction, so you have a complete attendance log. Parents don’t need to leave their cars or come inside the building. Now you do not need to disinfect terminals between users or keep paper logs.
